Nea isn’t Allen, Mana and him just got separated at some point.
Mana is working in a coffee shop.
Mana has early onset dementia, but is still searching for Nea.
Nea comes into the coffee shop regularly.
Regularly asks Nea if he’s seen Nea and Nea can’t bring himself to say anything.
Nea will sometimes flirt with him as a way to come with not being able to tell him who he is.
Their flirting starts to get more serious and Mana seems to keep a pretty steady memory of “the nice older man that comes in” (unable to recognise they’re the same age.)
