冥 brought 盟 back.
- NOT BECAUSE HE MISSED HIM OR WANTED HIM BACK OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.
冥 insists he only did it because dying was letting 盟 off the hook too easy.
- He needs to make 盟 suffer more.
盟 has taken being revived as 盟 accepting his feelings.

Amnesiac Zombie

盟 doesn’t have his memory when he’s revived. He’s no idea who he is and can’t even really talk at first.
冥 is fucked up about it and gets angry at him.
- Of course, 盟 gets off easy, forgetting all the horrible things he did to 冥.
- But having his own brother look at him like he’s a complete stranger is such a messy feeling and he can’t help being upset about it (even if he can’t admit it.)
盟 doesn’t know 冥 is and keeps smiling at him and 冥 gets worked up because he looks like an idiot with that stupid smile on his face.
冥 having to help wash and dress him while he gets used to moving his body again.
冥, absolutely desperate for him to remember, awkwardly stutters out calling him “Mei-nii-san”.
- 盟 doesn’t remember anything.
- 冥 isn’t crying for any reason in particular. It just happens sometimes.
盟, trying his best to guess, assumes they were probably dating and calling him “nii-san” is probably him trying to act cute(?)
- 冥’s really cute when he’s crying.
盟 kisses 冥, thinking that’ll make him happy.
- That’s what he must have been waiting on right? He was upset his boyfriend didn’t remember him, so he must be hoping they’d do boyfriend things.
- 冥 is Horrified.
  - 盟 isn’t sure why. 冥 is perfectly happy to kiss Takanawa-san, after all.
  - Shinbashi-san’s screams are cute. He likes those too.
  - 冥 eventually starts to just accept them as a strange zombie!盟-ism. He doesn’t know better, so it’s harmless.
盟 quickly falling for 冥 and thinking how lucky his past self was to meet such a cute guy.
- He never should have died and left someone this cute behind.
- He’s so lucky Shinbashi-san loved him enough to bring him back. He’d have been crushed if he’d done something horrible like move on.
冥 gives him sweets and treats.
盟 saw him petting the cats and sulked until 冥 gave in and stroked his hair too.
- 冥 jokingly asked once if he was a cat, before realising what he said and being horrified.
  - 盟 replied with a meow and 冥 was very upset with his own reaction.
- He starts letting 盟 rest his head on his lap while he works.
  - He just lies there very politely, so he’s not any worse than his other roommates.
盟 keeps calling him “Shinbashi-san” and 冥 is quickly becoming pissed off with it and eventually tells him to just call him by his given name.

盟: Of course, if you want! What is it?

冥: Mei.

盟: Like me!

冥: …yes.

盟: Mei-san!

冥: …no.

冥 won’t specify any further so 盟 has to keep guessing what honorific he should use.
He only reaches “Mei-chan” as a joke but the second he does, his amnesia breaks.
- Mei-chan- his Mei-chan!! How could be ever forget his darling Mei-chan!
  - Ah, but he liked thinking they were in love.
He’s so happy that his Mei-chan realised he couldn’t live without him after all!

冥: That’s not what is happening, I brought you back as punishment! You’re meant to suffer more like you deserve!! _{Guy who has spent all his time fretting over 盟.}

He is not getting kisses anymore.
盟 realising 冥 remembered all his favourite treats.
盟 has lost his lap privileges because he can’t be normal about it anymore.
- 冥 let him once under promise that he’d be normal about it and he managed 3 minutes before he was definitely not being normal about it.
  - 冥 is trying to write all ages stories and SOMEONE is heavy breathing and moaning on his lap.
冥 keeps threatening to put him back in his grave but 盟 isn’t bothered since he’s convinced 冥 will just dig him back up again.

盟: Grave-robbing is a felony, Mei-chan. _{It means a lot that you’d go that far for me.}

盟 is jealous of his amnesiac self that got treated so well and even got called “Mei-nii-san” and was normal about it?? Didn’t instantly explode??
- He keeps trying to get 冥 to call him “nii-san” again, but 冥 just looks disgusted.
He tries to pretend to lose his memory again, but 冥 can tell he’s faking.

盟: Oh no, I don’t know who I am… I need someone to run their fingers through my hair and give me at least a dozen kisses.

冥: Oh dear. Well, good luck finding someone.

冥 will lock him out the house for it, but he’ll bring him back in after half an hour tops.
- He’s a responsible pet owner; he can’t have 盟 wandering off and annoying the neighbours.
- And he starts to panic that something will happen to him.
- 盟 usually just sits outside the door until he’s let back in.
- Someone witnesses this at some point and asks 冥 about him and he has to lie that 盟’s his “new roommate” (heard as boyfriend) to not have to say he’s his brother who’s supposed to be dead.
  - It eventually gets back to someone who knew 盟.
News spreading through his old troupe that 冥 is dating some guy that looks like 盟.
- None of them are shocked about this development. Everyone assumed 盟 was in love with 冥 and they semi-joked about it a lot.
  - They stopped joking when 盟 died since it seemed direspectful, but the possibility that 冥 had returned those feelings has them all spinning.
  - One of them had to wear an eyepatch for a week and 盟 had suddenly been their best friend that week.
  - Everyone had kind of thought 冥 had killed 盟.
    - Maybe he truly was heartbroken over losing his brother-boyfriend?
The old troupe are all positing theories and they land on 冥 and 盟 were dating, but 盟 wanted to break up. They got in a fight, and 冥 accidentally killed him. Now poor 冥 is trying to fill the void of his lost love.
- 冥 is horrified when he finds out.
- 盟 talks to them and confirms that 冥’s heart truly does belong to 盟, but he loves 冥 more than anything and just knowing 冥 loves 盟 so much is enough to bring him happiness in their relationship.
- 盟 is deeply hurt that they’d accuse him of breaking up with 冥 though. It’s like they don’t understand his character at all.
  - He wants them to think they got a little too freaky sex wise and it went wrong.
  - Or that 冥 falsely accused him of cheating only for him to tragically die and 冥 then realised he never cheated on him and was always loyal.
    - They all know how paranoid 冥 is after all.
